Answer to a question from a Writing Competition Applicant
Q: "The rules/guidelines do not provide a clear answer to whether or not a person can apply to both the sijo and the essay. It is clear that the participant can only send one entry per essay/sijo. So can a person participate in both the sijo and essay competition?" ~ an applicant
A: " Yes. Applicant can participate in either or both categories.
